Jay’s Dinner: a dinner inspired by the notes of Juan Carlos Tovar-Ballagh
Chef’s Table presents: Jay’s Dinner, a benefit for Just Food will be on on Thursday, February 23rd at the Cider Gallery Fine Art. The dinner and menu is in honor and inspired by the life and notes of Juan Carlos Tovar-Ballagh interpreted by Chef Ken Baker and Brian Strecker formally of Pachamamas Restaurant and Star Bar, Vaughn Good and Jamie Everett of Hank Charcuterie, Rick Martin of LiMESTONE – pizza.kitchen.bar, and Zach Thompson formally of 715 Restaurant.
