Chef’s Table presents: Jay’s Dinner, a benefit for Just Food will be on Thursday, March 8th at Lawrence Beer Company. The community-style social dinner is in honor and inspired by the life and notes of Juan Carlos Tovar-Ballagh interpreted by Lawrence chefs: Ken Baker and Brian Strecker of Lawrence Beer Company, Vaughn Good of Hank Charcuterie, Rick Martin of Limestone, and Zach Thompson formerly of 715, Taylor Hickman from Bon Bon and Chetan Michie of Port Fonda.
